This beautiful keepsake box comes with four ounces of Smoked Sockeye Salmon (two 2oz. fillets). Our salmon is caught in a small fishing village on Alaskas Kenai Peninsula, where glacier fed waters produce the worlds best salmon. We then use centuries old curing & smoking methods to produce the very finest products possible.
